Log into Freightos and click on the ‘Refer a friend’ button at the top right corner to request your unique referral link. Give your link to friends and share on social media.
2. Receive
Once they sign up with your link and their first shipment is on the move, you’ll receive $200 in Freightos credit towards your next Air or Ocean Shipment.
3. Repeat
Repeat as often as you like to keep the credits coming!

How can I track how many people I have referred?

How can I use my Freightos credit?
When your referred user signs up with your link, after they book a Shipment and their goods are in transit, you will be eligible for $200 Freightos credit to be redeemed against your next air or ocean Shipment.
As soon as you are eligible for credit, you will be emailed instructions on how to redeem your credit. When you have prepared your next Shipment and are ready to pay, please email [email protected] to request your $200 Freightos credit be redeemed. Be sure to include your Shipment number in your request.
This credit can be redeemed against any Air or Ocean Bookings. It is not possible to use this credit for Express or Truck Bookings. This $200 credit can be used towards a single Shipment and cannot be combined with other promotions or credits towards payment for the same Shipment.
Do I receive referral credit every time a Referred Shipper books?
No. Your referral reward is a one-time credit applicable after a Referred User’s first Shipment is in transit and can be used once for each shipper you refer.
Someone I recommended to Freightos signed up without my link. Can I get credit?
Unfortunately not. When someone signs up with your link, we automatically associate that account with you as a Referrer. If they came from somewhere else, there’s no way for us to verify that it was due to your referral. Sorry!
How can I track that my referral’s Shipment is in transit?
Be in touch with your referral. Once you know that they have signed up and completed a Booking, check in with them to find out when the Shipment is placed in transit.
Can I refer myself or other people at my company?
No. You will only receive a reward when a new company that has never used Freightos before, books and pays for a Shipment.
Where can I share my referral link?
You can share your referral link anywhere, as long as it’s not shared as spam, in unsolicited communication, or via paid distribution. If you’re not sure, contact us.

The Legal Terms
With the Freightos Referral Program, Freightos users (“Referrers”) earn credits toward future freight Bookings on Freightos Marketplace by referring colleagues to Freightos.
Participation in the Freightos Referral Program (“Referral Program”) indicates acceptance of these terms, as well as the Freightos Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”). All terms not defined here, shall have the meaning ascribed to the in the MSA.
How to Earn Freightos Marketplace Credits
Freightos users are eligible for credit when the following conditions occur:
A new Freightos user registers by following the Referrer’s shared link (“Referred User”), and the Referred User books and pays for a Shipment. Once the Referred User’s Shipment leaves its origin, the Referrer may reach out to Freightos to be credited with $200 Freightos credit for a current or future Shipment via air or ocean.
The Referred User’s Booking must take place within six months of the referral.
There is currently no cap on the amount of Referred Users per Referrer.
Utilizing Marketplace Credits
Credit must be used within 6 months of issue. In order to utilize credit while Booking, contact the live chat assistance during the Booking process. Credits cannot be transferred from one account to another, nor may one person or business maintain multiple accounts to amass credit.
Sharing Referral Links
Referral links should not be published or distributed on mass commercial channels (spamming), nor can these links be shared on coupon websites.
Multiple Referrals
A Referred User can only be associated with one Referrer. If the Referred User received multiple links, only the link used to register to the Freightos Marketplace will be applied.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change
Freightos reserves the right to terminate the Freightos Referral Program or any user’s participation in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
Freightos also reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove Freightos credits due to any activity Freightos determines is or is likely to be abusive, non-compliant with these terms or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as Freightos deems fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms
Freightos can update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on the Freightos.com website, applications, or services, and are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
