An end-of-2023 survey of more than 200 SMB importers who use the Freightos.com marketplace for global freight bookings shows that, after enduring the pandemic years of logistics disruptions, freight operations returned about back to normal in 2023, with far fewer disruptions taking place. Though optimistic about freight demand in 2024 many are concerned that Red Sea disruptions will impact their freight costs and operations.
